One hundred and ninety-four years ago, on May 5, 1830, Stephen and Susanna Stetson of Orange, New Jersey, had a son, the seventh of twelve children.
Author, folklorist and activist Stetson Kennedy, 94, passed away on August 27, His mind, we are reminded, remained razor sharp until the end.
